Next, we begin documenting your unique approach to doing things. We'll write clear, concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develop all the training content your program needs. This means turning your operational knowledge into engaging, easy-to-digest modules on every topic.
We Build the Program in Your System
Finally, we'll bring it all to life in a dynamic learning environment. As an expert in restaurant training platforms, I can build a highly effective and engaging program, preferably in Opus. However, I’m fluent in the entire training landscape. If you’re already using a different Learning Management System (LMS), I’ll work within your existing technology to create an exceptional new hire experience.
