Hey, I’m Steph!

I started my career as a hostess.

I've been double sat, cried in the walk-in, and worked open to close on a Saturday holiday. I climbed the ladder by finding new ways of doing things, speaking my mind, and leading with values first.

Over nearly two decades I worked every level of restaurant operations — from line cook to C-suite executive. I've built training programs for brands with 1 location and brands with 250+. I've implemented tech stacks, written SOPs, led New Restaurant Openings, and helped operators build teams they're actually proud of.

In 2025 I founded The Training Table — a fractional L&D department for multi-unit restaurant brands — and built a team around the work I'd been doing solo for 10 years.

But Steph Jarm LLC never went anywhere.

For independent owners and small multi-unit brands (1–4 locations), I still show up personally. No team, no handoff — just me, my 20 years, and a genuine commitment to helping you build something worth being proud of.

My approach: I believe the best restaurants are built on three things: clear systems, well-trained teams, and leaders who actually care. I bring all three to every client I work with — and I don't sugarcoat what needs to change.

When I'm not working: I'm an Etsy seller, a mediocre plant mom, and I'm still holding out hope for a rescue dog. My values are rooted in family, community, and the belief that hospitality — done right — is one of the most meaningful industries in the world.
