Meet Steph

“The more we can look in the mirror and have real talk with ourselves and each other the more impact we make. Show up authentically and get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Once we can put it all on the table in a productive way, we can clear space for innovation, change, and growth.”
Steph Jarm

Steph has worn all hats – Hostess. Server. Line Cook. Restaurant Manager. Executive Training Director. Business Owner. Farmers Market Manager. Festival Director. She’s done it all. Ask her about working backstage for Lady Gaga, Madonna, or U2. She loves to travel, see live music, ride her bike, and build excel sheets. Steph is a powerhouse and cancer survivor who defines the word determination.

Enthusiastically bridging the connection between self-development and professional growth, Steph connects dots where you didn’t even see you needed dots connected. She sees both the big picture and the small details. She’s a lover of systems and brings a unique perspective to the paths and tools needed at any stage of your business.

Steph is a natural people person. Her personality is one that will make you feel like you have known her your whole life. She is an example of how setting down pride and asking for help allows for creativity, healing, and impactful change; both for the individual and an entire organization. She balances a get-it-done grit with kind and authentic leadership.

Passionately committed to funding cancer research, Steph supports two important non-profit organizations:

The Cure Starts Now represents a grassroots effort dedicated to finding the “home run cure” of ALL cancers by focusing on pediatric brain cancer research.

Closer to Free is an annual bike ride where 100% of funds raised supports patient care and research at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center.
